After working in construction for over 20 years I've come to be known amongst friends and family as the go to guy for all things construction but more specifically ADU's. I've built and consulted on hundreds of ADU construction projects and have come to know the ins and outs of this niche building trend. Rather than repeat myself over and over again to those who inquire I decided to set up this blog as a place to send all who would like to learn.
